Trained in the Institute of Electro-Acupuncture nach Voll in Munich  and learned Homotoxicology in Baden-Baden Germany.

Member of the International Society of Homeopathy and Homotoxicology. Trained in Bio-Oxidative Medicine in the International Research Institute, Reno Nevada. Fellow, International Board of Clinical Metal Toxicology, (Cum laude). Licensed Medical Homotoxicologist (DOH -PITACH).

Founding Member of the Philippine College of Integrative Medicine and Homotoxicology and the Philippine Society of Orthomolecular Medicine.   Faculty in the Institute of Bio-Regulatory Medicine.  Medical Director Biological Homeopathic Medical Corporation. EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

He was an experienced finance officer and technology solution specialist, who shared and co-founded the very popular iSTORYA.NET from the start-up in 2001 to the Philippines’ leading online community website. He was later founded several E-commerce websites & B2B Websites in the Philippines. Twenty years on, hes been helping companies in different fields of technology solutions and business process technology transformation.

After hes resignation as a CIO of one of the top companies in Cebu in 2016, he was able to established hes own construction company called Green8Scape.com with a different field of expertise in the industry of which he was able to managed from a technology solution specialist to a fresh entrepreneur in the service contracting industry.  Due to demands from clients for hes expertise in Information Technology, He then decided to established hes own IT company called AlberTechSolutions.com in which he have an awful and enough years of experience in various fields of Information Technology System Solutions including Digital Marketing.

In the middle of pandemic in the year 2020, He formed a group called “Ibalik ang Paraiso” of which he principally founded and gathered friends to share hes passion in organic agriculture. The group travels to Cebu, Bohol, Tacloban, Leyte, Samar and Agusan Sur just to give and teach different Filipino cultures and religions for natural health, natural care for the environment, natural farming, and agri-tourism. He really enjoyed and with great fulfillment by doing hes advocacy free to all Filipinos.
